KVK-Sagroli, in association with
the Vasantrao Naik Marathawada Agricultural University is likely to impart
training in operating various agricultural tools driven by bullocks.
In
the recent times due to growing tendency of the people to divide into nuclear
families, the number of farmers with smaller pieces of agricultural land
increased. Their economic constraints do
not allow them use tractors and other machines for farm practices. In this light, the agricultural Universities
have developed many types of bullock-driven implements for various kinds of
farm practices, that are affordable by the marginal farmers.
Lately,
during their visit to Sagroli, a delegation from the Vasantrao Naik Marathwada
Agri University has chosen KVK, Sagroli as a centre for the demonstration and
training the farmers.
The
Director, KVK, Sagroli is likely to announce the schedule for the
demo-cum-training within a few days.
